I disagree with this completely why should we protect them, I don´t care about any of this crap, there´s a lot of other important stuff in the world to worry about other then LGBTQ+ rights and gender rights

At the end of the day, everyone is still human no matter if they identify as male/female or part of the LGBTQ community. They are not bothering us so why do we feel the need to control what they get.

Let's look at Conflict theory for this one. If Marx is right, then the only reason we wouldn't affirm a transgender person's needs as valid would be because we want to maintain a superiority in our status quo. If you don't believe you are better than anyone else, the idea of your local neighbors getting sex changes shouldn't bother you.
The reality is, though--if I can't have an abortion, I'm not supporting transgender gender-affirming care being paid for by our government. It's a double-standard.

to be deadass lets stick to helping Men and Women, if someone thinks they are something other than that therapy could be introduced not life changing procedures to children no matter what they think they may be it is a sickness and my sympathy goes out to all of them, just be gay keep it simple i dont care, but when you want to disfigure your body there IS something wrong. If we are a community that allows people to be whoever they want to be there will always be extremists that will push boundaries/limits. As a society to have a structure is good because it keeps people in line but if it is asymmetrical as life is and moves with time we can only control what is in our lifetime for good or for worse.

no if the heath care cant help take care of my family because they made one dollar over the limit per hours they should not take care of someone who chooses to need meds

Yes it should be inclusive of people in the LGBTQ community. Without Gender affirming care this could lead to suicide and death.

That is not something important enough to be using our tax money on. If they want to switch they can pay for that.
